    • To get an accurate quote, we'll need to know your vehicle's year, make, and model, as well as when you're looking to get your vehicle tinted.
  • How can I book my appointment?

    • To book your appointment, simply send a text message to our phone number with your vehicle's information and your preferred date and time. Once we receive your message, we'll confirm the appointment and request a deposit to hold the spot.

2. Deposit Information

  • Is a deposit required to book my appointment?

    • Yes, we require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit goes towards the full cost of your service, as long as you arrive on time for your appointment.
  • How much is the deposit?

    • The deposit amount varies depending on the scope of the service, but it typically ranges from $25-$100.
  • What happens if I arrive late or need to reschedule my appointment?

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will not apply to the new appointment.

3. Drop Off and Pick Up Information

  • What is the process for dropping off my vehicle?

    • When you arrive for your appointment, park your vehicle in the parking lot or in front of our shop bay and call or text informing you have arrived. We'll open the door to guide you in the shop and do a walk-around inspection of your vehicle to check for any pre-existing damage.
  • What should I expect when I drop off my vehicle?

    • You will need to drop off your vehicle and arrange for transportation to and from our location. We'll call you as soon as your vehicle is ready for pick up.
  • Will there be a waiting area at the shop?

    • Yes. We have a waiting area designated specifically for customers. 
  • How soon will my vehicle be ready for pick up?

    • The time it takes to tint your windows can vary depending on the scope of the service, but most vehicles are ready for pick up by the end of the work day.
  • What should I do when I arrive to pick up my vehicle?

    • When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, we'll do another walk-around inspection to ensure that the service was completed to your satisfaction. Once you're happy with the service, you can pay the remaining balance and take your vehicle home.

4. Tinting Process and Care

  • How long does it take to tint my windows?

    • The time it takes to tint your windows can vary depending on the scope of the service, but most vehicles are completed within 1-3 hours. 
  • Can I roll down my windows right after the tinting is done?

    • No, you should avoid rolling down your windows for at least 24-48 hours after the tinting is done to allow the film to cure properly.
  • How long does it take for the tint to fully cure?

    • It can take up to several weeks for the tint to fully cure, but you should notice a significant improvement in clarity and appearance within a few days.
